5/15 Q&A Livestream Transcript

This week's livestream was hosted solo by Scapes. This is my best attempt at transcribing the livestream. This is not a perfect transcription, some filler words were left out, but the majority of it is as close to word for word as I could get. Some parts may be a word or two off, but the message is unchanged.

I will not likely be doing this again because it's a lot more tedious than just taking the notes. For those that want a shorter version I'll take notes tomorrow and post a Recap similar to my normal format.

If you want to watch the livestream check it out here, there was an error with the stream so it's cut into two separate vods.
Part 1
Part 2

Intro:
Hey there, we're getting started a few minutes early, but hey, lets get it started. Whats up? So, as I think a lot of you may have noticed, the team is AFK. Really, really far AFK, you know, like Korea. Which means I get to take over the live stream. So what we're doing is a full Q&A from forums and I did get some insight on how the trip went and how things are going. This is the ArcheAge stream. I do have updates, not just about your questions, of which there were many [holds up several pieces of paper], but I have some details on, not only, 1.7B, but also what we're temporarily calling pre-1.7B for lack of a better name. Basically, we will have a patch that hits before 1.7B. And before I go into too many details on that, let me pull up some really cool youtube videos since dread prophecies launched. Quick thanks to the video creators. Thank you for making these cool videos since dread prophecies went live. I'm going to play these so it's not just me talking or me trying to drive the game and answer questions. I'm already seeing a lot of question and don't worry, we are going to get to them, first up, though is

The XL Games Visit:
Everyone from the production team, we're talking Merv, Amanda, Scott, James, everyone who's ever been on stream, and some who have not, have all been over at XL Games for the last week or so, maybe week and a half. They've been talking about everything that's been happening since Dread Prophecies and also what's coming next. This is not going to be a debrief because they're not here, it's going to just be me. Instead we'll do a full debrief next Friday, and that's because they are literally flying back right now. I think Merv just landed back in California a few hours ago, a bit of jet lag.

1.7B, Pre-1.7B, longboard, timber coupe:
We'll also dive a bit more into 1.7B proper and actually we do have a name for it but I don't think we're announcing it quite yet, so I'm going to hold off until that point. Something that we had not talked about is that there will be a pre 1.7B patch with multiple features and what's cool about this is it's actually going to be up on PTS next week, is the current estimate, but we haven't set a hard date for it yet. 1.7B itself is actually going to be in early June now, it's just a lot of content to test and get through, the team's already doing QA and working on it. What's pre-1.7B is, and we really do need a better name for that, is absolutely going to have a new event. A lot of people have been asking about dragon event, they've been asking about previously events, will divine gifts come back, the answer is that yes, we do have events coming up, more than we've already shown. This is called river barrel events. It'll probably get a better name, this one is you are in a barrel and you are going down a river. There's going to be a long and a short version and you are going to be trying to grab flags as you are floating down a river in a barrel, there's a 2 minute and a 5 minute version. The 5 minute version is a lot harder. You have guide your barrel to the edge of the river and try and dodge waterfalls and stuff, the better you do it's going to be earning you special tokens that then can be turn into a commemorative vendor, probably the one in mirage isle, for cosmetics like swimwear and trophies, there will also be special consumables with lets just say interesting effects, because if you are in a barrel rolling down a river what else would you be drinking? [Seems to be implying alcohol] What's cool is that even after this event is over there are temporary barrels that can be used for the event which are craftable, there is also a permanent version which will be craftable and apparently when this event hit in in Korea it was really popular and what people would do is harpoon a clipper to the barrel and then jet ski the barrel behind the clipper so I'm really curious to see what people do with that, it should be a lot of fun. Please barrel responsibly, yeah, that's advisable. While it's still up in the air, Pre-1.7B could include both the longboard and the timber coupe. The longboard will come in two variants, both a wooden and a cogwheel longboard, I wish I had images for it, I don't, sorry. When we actually get closer to releasing this on PTS we'll have more specifics on how they operate and the abilities and stuff like that. The timber coupe has not been balanced as nearly as hard as some people thought, it did take time to balance it so it wasn't going straight up hills, but it will not be nearly as reduced in power as we once inferred. Yes, the coupe will be available no longer for vocation tokens, but for gilda stars. I don't have a final number for the cost on it, and unfortunately we do not have the ability for people to swap their cars, I know there's been questions on that previously, and I'm sorry for that. What is cool is that pre 1.7B is just a little bit of content to tide us over until 1.7B proper comes out in early June. That is what I have one 1.7B.

ArcheAge 2.0:
We know XL Games just put out a whole lot of information, some videos, a lot of people getting really excited about what they are seeing in 2.0. We're going to talk more about what is in 2.0 and when it's coming over here after it launches in Korea. To do so now would be a little premature as we're still a couple of weeks away from 1.7B. Don't worry, we saw the announcement too and we're really excited about it, but we're going to have details about that after the debrief livestream which is going to focus more on 1.7B which is going to happen next Friday.

Events:
Event timing, with 1.7A we introduced a while pile of events, mistmerrow, and.... and unfortunately mistmerrow and halcyona were overlapping or not at ideal times for different timezones and what we realized was is that the event schedule is not optimal yet, this is an initial deployment of it, and we're going to fix it. This could mean either increasing the frequency, or changing how the overlap is, the short is that we will be trying to make it so it is ideal for all regions at once time an that is really where the challenge lies. Trying to get it to work for all of our regions is difficult because of all the timezones. We're going to be trying to space out all the events a little more and allow for more transition to run between the events and allow them to run more frequency, potentially. We're aware that the events are in an initial state and we're going to be increasing their frequency.

Server tranfers:
This was a major topic that we brought up to the team during our conversations. While we're narrowing down the time frame when they're going to hit we don't quite have the full on details yet. We do want this feature in as soon as possible, we have people who have friends who have joined other servers, we have people who have joined high pop that want to play low pop, possibly vice versa, and we want to facilitate that. We are narrowing down the time frame and I anticipate we will have more details on that as we get closer and closer to it getting ready.

Downtime:
The danger cycle resets, it was a topic we brought up and XL is aware of the issue. While we don't have a fix quite yet, it something that they are keenly aware of now. It was a priority and we should have more details on it, but like server transfers we don't want to give out any details until we've really nailed them down.

Crystalized Regret:
This is a popular topic, we will be reactivating them. They will be usable again, they are slated for the 1.7B patch when that hits live. And I know that's a long way out and many of you guys want to start crafting right now but this is bound by the build right now. It could be possible that we get this into an earlier build, but I don't have details on that quite yet. We know a lot guys deleted theirs because they weren't usable, we're going to go back and look at the data and see who deleted them within a particular time frame an fix accordingly, restoring them. I don't have a time frame for this quite yet, we'll have to see when 1.7B is going to hit and then when this restoration will occur so that folks will have the Regret that they previously had.

Ironclad:
Our patch notes had some missing elements. The ironclad was changed in it's damage output compared to the other vehicles. This was not a listed change, nor was it one we anticipated. This is something we brought up to XL and this is something they are looking into whether to revert this change or not. We'll be tracking this effectively as a bug, but really it's more of a rebalance, but they are aware of it at the moment.

Large Mansion:
44x44 mansion, this is coming in 1.7B.

Cart Collision:
The answer from XL from Merv and Amanda bringing this up as a major topic, and it has been. This is under intense review right now, there is not an easy fix right now. We're exploring either decreasing the cooldown on rider's escape, another options is changing the way that collision effects other carts so potential you could be able to push carts out of the way. That being said it would be a very code intensive solution so they are looking into what is going to make the most sense and the time frame we are looking at right now is minimum 6 weeks, it's not going to be something that can be timed with 1.7B or the patch before that. We are aware it's something players are encountering, it's not enjoyable gameplay even though it is emergent gameplay. It's something that they do want to address. We will continue to track this.

Growling Yawl:Really glad to see this thread consisting of positive conversation and feedback, not a lot of name-calling.  Right now, XL does feel that the ship is in a good state compared to the other ships that are available, one thing that we did not discuss was the notion of it having a more cosmetic change to make it stand out a bit more. This was not something we discussed with XL, but it's a pretty good idea. It already has a signature look but it is true that the figurehead on the front can be applied to other ships and that does take away some of the uniqueness. The sails as well. I can agree we can bring it up, as a secondary, we will still be taking the feedback on whether the ship should be changed, if we should change the functionality. increasing it's health, or balance vs the other ships, but I think we would have a better argument in changing the look to stand out from the other hulls that are available. It's not something we've let go, and we are continuing the massive thread on the forum and your feedback is being read by the developers.

XL interview on how they play ArcheAge and their challenges:
Check it out here.

Custom Crests:
Our QA team is trying to reliably reproduce this bug and they have not been able to reliably do that. I know that I and Merv have experienced it. We've all seen it, why is that flag showing blank, it's really frustrating. The bug is hard to track down, but our QA team is working on it and XL is aware of it. XL may have potentially fixed it already, but we don't know how they fixed it or when we'll get the fix. We'll have to wait and see during the debrief.

Crime Cleaner:
Added to the general merchant. It does not work yet. It was intended to added to a future build as it has other requirements for it to function. The good news is if you bought one it, you'll notice you can't consume it, we're going to make it so they can be sold back to the vendor for the same amount that you bought it for and they are being removed in the next update. They just came out a bit earlier than intended.

Wind Racer Title:
Changing it from Wind Racer to Arc Racer, this was part of a change of us getting a different change than what they are getting in Korea and it will be reverted back to Wind Racer. We saw on the forums that everyone liked Wind Racer a lot more than Arc Racer. I believe that will be with 1.7B, not pre 1.7B.

Enraged Dragon Cloak:
It has a bug that adds 50 to all your stats including agility. The agility part is not applying, it's already fixed and is set to be in, if not the Pre 1.7B build, then in the 1.7B. That is resolved.

Ability Queue:
It is being worked on, it's in a testing state right now. We don't have a window on when it will hit, but it is more details than we've had in the past. This is something that's been requested since Alpha.

Bungalow Packs:
We did get a response on Bungalows and the larger Bungalows as well. Bungalows were never intended to have those packs, some folks found a clever, inventive way of circumventing this and making it so packs could be placed on the lower level of the bungalow. That was not intended, congrats on finding a way around it but it has been fixed. Kind of like how the land houses can't have packs on the inside house, they can only go on the outside.

Pine Trees:
There was a thread that there had been a nerf to thunderstruck chances on pine trees, this has not happened. I actually got my very, very first thunderstruck tree this week. It wasn't a woodlot, it was just a random one I had in my inventory, just plopped it down and got my first one in like, a year now? I was really excited.

Skin Hue change:
We don't know why this happened, but contact CS and they will get it fixed. It happens when people log into the game for the first time after Dread Prophecies. Usually it changes darker skin to lighter skin.

Dragon Event:
Spreading Flames event with the Red Hatchling, the event was timed differently than we anticipated so it ended 4 weeks early. We've since ran it for an additional 2 weeks and turned it off. it will be returning in a couple of months. We're sorry it's a bit extended, luckily it did have more chances to drop while it was running than it was originally designed for, 3 times a day instead of just once a day.

Chat Bans:

Been seeing an increase in folks talking about how they've been banned from chat for 30 minutes or so.  We have been noticing the return of chat spammers and are working but if you mention the URLs our filter can't differentiate that from spamming it. So you'll get a 30 minute, temporary ban, it's not permanent. Basically just avoid spelling out the URL.

Exploration and Achievements:
The achievement system not working retroactively was one of the key topics that the team brought back to Korea as something to fix. The achievement and exploration system is sort of in an initial deployment of those features, they are aware of the fact that the starting potions, they can't be consumed, if you are anything past the level to get those starting potions. They are exploring different ways to fix that issue. One notion is we may just have a vendor to offer the items that you can't get anymore, like those potions, so they can be completed, others are more of a global grant, making less something the players have to do and something we do automatically. We are aware that achievements are not applying retroactively and we are want to make it so as many of them do that are supposed to. I'm going to let the team speak with what their experience was in Korea and what the feedback was on what should and should not be, I don't have the details on that right now. As for the exploration a lot of players have noticed that locations that they already went to are not reproccing. Again, exploration was something that was just added with Dread Prophecies, it's in an initial state and although it's not elegant we want to give people something who want to explore. We're looking into if we'll just retroactively apply the places they've visited, it kind of falls under the same umbrella. It one of those topics we've made XL aware of and they want to address.

Botting and Hacking:
There's been a perceived increase in botting and hacking. The short answer is that our CS team responds very rapidly and very seriously to claims and reports and evidence that is submitted to them through the ticketing system. We've had a lot of folks say "I found these botters over on Salphira in Hasla, why don't you take care of them?" Usually by the time the post goes up those botters are taken out already. This is not always the case. If you haven't heard back on your report, submit a ticket, it's the best way to make sure that we have seen the report and follow up, dive in and see if the player is still misbehaving, see if their gameplay data pans out and shows that it's a problem. We will definitely take them out, because if you are botting or you are hacking then your account is gone. That's just simply the answer.

Auction House Anti Botting Measures:
This is being treated the same way as botting. With regards to botting, there's a post that I made about it earlier this week. Effectively, with any online game people where people are looking to manipulate and gain an unfair advantage it's always going to be cat and mouse. It's always going to be them getting a little ways ahead of us and us catching up in time. It's harder to be more proactive. What's good is as we get more reports form you guys on these things happening we can then take that data, we can learn from it, we can see how the behavior matches compared to our database, see which other accounts are actually committing the same behavior.

How do you combat botting?
With any botting we are playing a bit of a cat and mouse chase. Someone will be out there trying to find the edges, the things they can exploit. Then we have to find the data, trace how it is actually playing out. See what other accounts are guilty of the same, then we can take action and adjust the game to match. This means we will always be tracking a little bit behind. The more feedback we get from you guys, the more insight we get. "Hey these guys are doing this bad thing over here." We can then see that data and use that feedback to prevent other people from doing the same thing moving forward.

Feedback from XL is that future builds will be more capable of disabling mods and hacks that people are using against the game.

Reminder: If you hack, your account is gone. That is just the end of that.

In regards to gold buying and selling, gold sellers, we are seeing an increase in chat. We are monitoring how they are getting around our filters and we will be adjusting that to make sure they get taken out. Gold buying, while it won't get you banned, we will take away the gold, and we do have a good amount of tracking, so don't do it.

Fishing:
In talking to XL about the decision to change the nature of fishing. Before Dread Prophecies, it was a really low risk money maker. It generated a lot of cash for the folks doing it. With Dread Prophecies the intent is for it to take more effort, to be more of a challenge. With so many other things to do in ArcheAge now, with all the events, with all the time based stuff, there are opportunities to go out on the sea with potentially less traffic to decide when you want to go fishing. These changes were very much intended by the developers. The good news, though, is we do have more coming with 1.7.

What new areas are being added and what new things can be done in those areas?
In 1.7, we have Murrar Tundra being introduced, that's where we will be adding ice fishing. A preliminary patch note: In a very specific area in Murrar Tundra near the frigid sea statue, you'll be able to create an ice hole using an ice cutting shovel. The ice shovel will be purchasable for vocation badges. To use the ice shovel will require a very high fishing proficiency of 120,000. While using the shovel, there's a chance you spawn Ice Tuna Hunter which is a bear, if you kill him he drops an Ice Tuna which can be turned in to any fish stand vendor like any other fish. While at the ice hole you will be using a Frozen Wave Fishing Pole which requires 80k handicrafting to craft and, again, 120k to use. Ice fishing will require bait worms, so they will probably go up in value. You will be able to auto fish with ice fishing like you can with normal fishing. You will only be able to use ice holes that you create yourself, they will close up after 2 hours, which is appropriate because the shovel will have a 2 hour cooldown. These shovels (ice holes?) actually have a chance to catch very rare fish, which is great because it requires less to create dawn lake essence. You will be able to get to Murrar Tundra through the worldgate in Karkasse Ridgelands. There will also be a daily kill quest in that area.

Quick Overview of 1.7B.
We have new housing and the leviathan, a new ocean raid boss. He'll be found using the sea monster finder. Once you've killed the leviathan, you drag him back to diamond shores and sinch him up on a gigantic fish hook, it's really cool to see. We're adding a medium boat called the brigandteen. The new housing will be the new mansion, and the large bungalow. You've seen it on Mirage Isle not purchasable, it will be for gilda stars.

These were all the big things from the visit to KR we were ready to talk about. We will have a full debrief of the visit to XL Games when the rest of the team returns to the stream next Friday. We'll talk about ArcheAge 2.0 after it launches in Korea.

Lets go on to questions. Lots of them have already been addressed on the forums by me or your peers, but we'll go over them an then get to the giveaway.

Blue Salt Brotherhood Quests:
For those that noticed the questline is not completing for them, we produced a quick walk through, you can find it in the game and support section, as well as linked in the patch notes, detailing what you need to do to resume the questline to get both the donkey and the 16x16 farm.

Nerfs to prince purses:
They did not get nerfed, despite the claim. It's just the sample sizes, you have good days and bad.

Any plans to add the perma anypost owl to loyalty store?
No, we like having that just for the secrets packs.

Mounts normalization tiers:
XL is working on on T3, a third speed, potentially an additional 1 m/s speed. Your going to start seeing more mounts coming into that tier and we'll have more details on whether existing mounts get added to it as it closer to being introduced into the build.

What is the next RNG box item?
That's a really good question for Amanda, she has the full schedule. I'll ask her when she gets back in.

Is there any way to change the time of the abyssal attack?
We are aware that the events are not in their ideal timeframes, there is a lot of overlap, it is something we are definitely looking into changing.

Is there anything being done in regards to the exploit of destroying your own clipper over and over?
We aren't treating that as an exploit, at the moment, it's really time intensive and the return is pretty minimal, honestly. Especially with the many other things you could be doing currently in the game. It is not something we are going to be actioning and changing right now, we'll continue to see if it becomes something that actually requires us to step in and make an adjustment.

Will there be an increase in the drop rate of Ayanad designs, or will there be any other means to farm the design?
We are definitely aware that with all the other stuff going on, all the events added with Dread Prophecies, that there are fewer Ayanad designs being fished out of the library, and this is driving up the price. The answer is: at this time we don't have indication that they intend to increase the drop rates on those designs. They are definitely intended to be rare, whether that means they are supposed to be this rare is definitely something we should evaluate, again, once the team is back in shop and take a look at how the last few weeks of Dread Prophecies has panned out we can see how those are at or beyond where we really want it to be.

What are the events planned for the next months?
We are looking into doing events for the upcoming 1.7B. We don't have details on those right now.
We will be seeing the River Barrel Race introduced before 1.7B hits.

Red regrade charms?
The truth is that we don't have a plan to add them to the loyalty store right now. They are sort of living in the RNG boxes. Whether that changes... again, I think it's just a matter of how much feedback we see on it. We've definitely seen a bit of a tend on it, keep it up and keep it constructive, and we'll definitely take it into consideration.

How about a title for Exploration proficiency?
I agree, maybe one if you have all the achievements and one if you have 50k proficiency. I think that makes a lot of sense. Exploration, in it's current implementation, is an initial implementation, we are just getting started. As we see how it pans out, as we look at the data, look at the priorities, see what is more quality of life, what makes the new features worthwhile, I think this kinda falls in that second bucket. I think this is a really good idea.

Any plans to revert rift honor to 1500 honor, like in alpha, or removing the cooldown on worker's compensation potions, like back in alpha?
Uhh, no. Unfortunately, those were thing that we had during early testing. They were changed based on the perceived balance, especially on the labor potions, we didn't want people to just be able to pop those things all day long. So no, we don't have any plans to revert those.

It's extremely difficult to get black pearls for crafting, any plans on changing that? Similarly, there are no recipes that take advantage of the gazillion lobsters and starfish that they are getting from fish traps.
No, but you are getting good use of those octopi that you are getting, and if you have any extra could you send them to me, because I need them for the daily. As you saw with the release of Dread Prophecies we all of a sudden had a lot of those green, of those rare crafting drops shooting up in price very, very rapidly. I would not be surprised if some of the new recipes coming out in in upcoming builds start using those lobsters and starfish. As to the availability of black pearls, it's just one of those things we just have to look at the data, we have to look at how many are currently dropping, what the craft rate it is, we have to check with XL and see if it's intended, if it's not, it's one of those I will definitely take back to the team and say "Hey, this is something we should look into."

Timber coupe?
The changes are being made to it are very minimal, it just can't go up vertical mountains, but it is still very powerful. The design will be purchasable with gilda stars, not vocation badges.

Castle Sieges question. On to who when a siege scroll goes up on the AH, if the guild who owns it cannot defend the castle they disband the guild and relocate the lodestone under a new guild so the scroll disappears from the AH making people unable to bid on these castles and enact on end game content. If they bid they lose the gold.
Alright, this is one I'm going to need the game runners to voice their opinion on. In my opinion, this is not something that is super intended, it's one of those that is is currently usable with in game mechanics, so it's not an exploit as of yet, but it's something we are going to take up with the developers and see if it is intended or not intended. At a glance, this seems pretty suspect.

Carts:
Carts are currently able to be destroyed in a couple of hits, even 2 hits with the right setup because they are 8k health. And the change made to holiday carts, they originally had more health.
This is topic we brought up to XL, I have not yet heard what the decision was, whether it was to increase the health on all carts across the board, or the 8k is actually intentional. This is one we will have a followup on during the debrief during next week's livestream.

Healer drops in instances, I think specifically Serpentis.
That will be coming in the 1.7B update, is when that arrives.

Any plans, in the near future, to reintroduce for pirates being able to attack during peace?
No, we talked with XL about it and they don't intend for pirates to be able to attack during peace periods. They want those areas to be accessible during those times.

Submarines:
Those got punted a little past 1.7B, those are going to be introduced in 1.8, which is most likely going to rolled up into 2.0.

Will there be new regions added in 1.7B?
Yes, including the Murrar Tundra, which we talked about earlier.

Unvalidated achievements:
We know a lot of them are not working properly. It's one of the main things we talked about with XL in terms of getting it fixed.

Any news on server transfers?
Basically they are currently working on that methodology, the technology is going to take some time to implement. Once we get closer to it actually being ready for detailing just how it's going to be execute than we can go into further detail on how it's going to be implemented. Just know that XL is working on developing it.

Please fix the UI that resets whenever you alt+tab, crash, or change resolution.
I agree, it's really frustrating. But it's one of those quality of life things that doesn't really have the same priority as working on car collision, reviewing the danger cycle, etc.

Ironclad:
XL is aware of it, they are still seeing whether the balance is intentional or if it needs to be revisited.

Please fix the map icons radar on main character toons. Several people are complaining about not being able to see them.
We are aware of that, this one cropped up while the team was getting ready and leaving to visit XL in Korea. It's at the top of my feedback list because it is definitely something we want to have working properly. It's not ideal, whatsoever, for it not to be showing up correctly. Thank you for the heads up on that.

Griffon mount?
Much further out, same thing on black Pegasus, we only just got white Pegasus up on store not that long ago. Griffon and black Pegasus are going to be much further on.

Since current radars are upgrade-able, would turning the dolphin's radar back to 300 meters be possible? Having it at 100 meters kind of defeats the purpose since you'll see the boat before it is picked up on radar.
That's a really good piece of feedback, especially with all the feedback made in dread prophecies. This is one of those we have to say "OK, this is a constructive piece of feedback," we have to see what XL thinks of it, see what the game runners think of it. These are things which I don't have an answer for right now, but we are paying attention.

Red Dragon boss regeneration bug:
I saw the feedback both on Reddit and the forums. Yes, current Red Dragon is the Red Dragon that is in Korea. We're still a couple builds behind them. This dragon is not final, in fact, it's remarkable that you've already been able to get it down 15% given the current power level in the game. That will be getting fixed, well not fixed, just rebalanced as we go through 1.7B and later 2.0.

Some servers are really being dominated by one side and it's causing many people to leave for other servers.
This is something we can reevaluate and look into doing the server locks on certain servers on the weekends to try and reblance the sides. It makes sense to me.

Will we ever get the rest of the voice overs translated over from Korean to English?
No, we actually really like how the Korean VO in the game acts like, to reference another popular IP, Simlish, since it's the same phrase being said over and over again it doesn't start sounding like nails to a chalkboard to you. It makes it sound a little bit different each time, it's not something we are planning on switching out.

I spent a lot of gold to get regrade a sea drake figure head because it says for clipper. Afterwards, I realized it is not for a clipper.
This was actually not an item that was intended to come in until the new galleon was introduced. It's not for the clipper at all. If you run into that, if you did get that one, we're keeping an eye on it. While I don't have an idea what our "make good" is, it is something we're going to keep an eye on. Whether it is something we just let people hold on to until the galleon comes in or if we do something in the interim. The good news is that we do have the fixes to those tooltips that say which items go to which ships. Those are going to be coming in with the pre 1.7B update.

Armageddon Armor:
Yes, that was taken out of the store intentionally. that will be back in the marketplace. I don't have an ETA at the moment, but it has not seen it's last day in the store. Rest assured you can still pick it up.

Gilda star cost on new mansions?
I did have that, but I lost it, unfortunately. I'll make sure we have that info next week because I'm sure there are some folks who would like to save up, I imagine. [Some people in chat are saying it's 3000.]

Fishing boat latency:
XL is not only aware of it, but it is something that will be addressed. There was a minor fix that came with Dread Prophecies, but at the same time it is something that they are paying attention to and trying to minimize the resource cost of those ships to make them a little bit more efficient and less lag inducing. If you are still experiences it, especially after the next patch, refresh the thread so we can follow up on it.

That covers most of the big topics I got from the boards and the team. We're going to do a full debrief of their experiences. They had a great time, they met with Jake Song, they met up with the rest of the team. They were very, very busy over there. They still took the time to answer some of your core questions. We'll talk about that and ArcheAge 2.0 when it launches in Korea.

The giveaway is for 5 abbysal waveworm costumes.
